Amsterdam partner Frank Eijsvogels has passed the aptitude test and has thus earned the unconditional endorsement as ‘lawyer at the Supreme Court’ in civil matters. The aptitude test included a substantive assessment of several files in cases that Frank handled at the Supreme Court in recent years and a discussion of this with members of the Cassation Committee. In January 2018, Frank had earned the conditional endorsement by passing a theory exam, which gave him the right to represent clients in civil cases before the Supreme Court.
Frank is part of a select group of lawyers who are allowed to represent clients in civil cases at the Supreme Court, as is Willem Hoyng.
Congratulations, Frank!
