With the third time a tradition: The article “The Unified Patent Court – A case law overview III” by Klaus Haft, Sabine Agé, Giulia-Isabella Otten, Alix Fourmaux and Natali Goginashvili has been published in the current issue of GRUR Patent.
One and a half years after the Unified Patent Court opened its doors, more than 550 orders and decisions of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal have been published. In addition to orders and decisions with detailed guidance on procedural and substantive law, more and more decisions on the merits have now been issued, which shows the activity and success of the Court.
This article provides an overview of the Court’s practice to date and aims to facilitate access to the material published by the Court.
