La Papeleta de la Cultura

HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER sponsors “La Papeleta de la Cultura”, an event organized by ADEPI (Association for the Development of Intellectual Property) in which the heads of the departments of Culture of the four main political parties in Spain will debate their proposals in the field in advance of the General Elections to be held on 28 April.
