Daniela specialized in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, New Technologies, and Compliance. Her practice focuses on the prosecution of trademarks before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as the prosecution of national trademarks worldwide.

Before joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in 2024, she worked at other intellectual and industrial property agencies, as well as various law firms in Madrid, and gained international experience working in Venezuela.
