Johanna Bandow advises and represents national and international clients in the field of intellectual property law. Her focus lies on litigation and strategic consulting in trademark, competition, and design law.
She studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin, Trinity College Dublin, and the University of Münster. Following her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the IP team of an international law firm in Düsseldorf. In 2022, Johanna Bandow completed her Master’s degree in European Law at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. Her master’s thesis focused on a comparative study at the crossroads of competition law and intellectual property law.
She completed her legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, with placements at, among others, an international law firm in Düsseldorf and New York. During her traineeship, she gained additional experience in trademark, competition, and design law while working as a judicial assistant at the 20th Civil Senate of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.
Johanna Bandow joined HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER as an attorney-at-law (Associate) in February 2025.
