Davinia holds a degree in Law and has developed her professional practice in several firms specializing in Intellectual Property.

Her professional career has allowed her to amass extensive experience in the comprehensive management of important trademark portfolios, helping to define the protection strategies for intangible assets before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and in particular, in the prosecution of national trademarks before Trademark Offices in foreign countries, thanks to her experience in coordinating matters with local agents. Davinia has worked for national and international clients from many sectors, such as the pharmaceutical industry, the wine and food sector, the oil and electric power industry, the tobacco industry, perfumery and cosmetics, fashion, education, scientific research and sporting events, among others.

In addition, she has actively participated in the amicable resolution of conflicts in trademark matters through negotiations with third parties in the defense of her clients’ interests, including within the framework of the EUIPO Mediation Center’s protocol.

Before starting her professional career in Intellectual Property, she carried out intensive training in Spanish legislation during the preparation of the entrance exams to the Corps of Judges and Prosecutors, combining this task with teaching hybrid courses on local law aimed at training the staff of municipal bodies in the Provincial Council of Malaga.
