Chiara Prinz advises and represents clients in various areas of intellectual property law. Her practise focuses on strategic advice and representation in complex national and cross-border patent infringement and nullity proceedings.
Chiara Prinz studied law at the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf, with a focus on companies and markets. During her studies, as well as before and during her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, she gained practical experience as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, German and European Competition Law of Prof. Dr. Podszun, in various international law firms, as well as in the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy/ Climate Protection in Berlin.
After her second bar exam, Chiara Prinz initially worked as a research assistant in the field of patent and trademark law at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER and recently completed the Master’s program “European Master of Law and Economics” (EMLE) with stops in Israel (Haifa), Belgium (Ghent) and France (Aix-Marseille) before her admission to the bar.
Chiara Prinz has been an Associate at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER since September 2024.
