Jordan Abaléa

Jordan is a European Patent Attorney. Having a university education in biology and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and Law, Jordan has developed his skills at the interface of these worlds and particularly in patents.

His experience began in 2016 at the European Patent Office where he was able to learn from the examiners, then in the industry sector for a large French group operating in the field of water and waste treatment.

Within a European IP firm of international scope, Jordan assisted clients in various technical fields by providing a complete service of drafting, prosecution, portfolio management, patentability analysis and freedom to operate studies.

Jordan works with lawyers in patent validity and infringement litigation in France and Europe.
