Dr. Andrew Lin

Andrew holds a PhD degree in Physics, specialized in String Theory, and a Law degree in both Taiwan (LLB) and in the Netherlands (LLM). He is a Dutch and European Patent Attorney and a representative at the Unified Patent Court (UPC)

Andrew’s practice focuses on national and international patent litigation, including the coordination of technical aspects of international patent disputes. He has knowledge and experience in various high-tech fields, including computer science, electronics, telecommunications, video and audio coding, online media streaming, electromagnetics and mechanics.

In addition to his litigation practice, Andrew is also involved in patent prosecution, assisting clients on building patent portfolios and patent drafting.
