Lawyer and engineer, Anaïs practises in all areas of intellectual property, and, in line with her scientific training, particularly in patent litigation. Her practice also extends to trademark, design and copyright litigation.

Before joining the team in September 2023, Anaïs worked as an engineer for a major French food company. She completed her legal internships at the French Patent and Trademark Office (I.N.P.I.), as well as in a law firm specialized in intellectual property.

With a background in biology, agronomy and food production, Anaïs is passionate about patent litigation related to life sciences.

    • Member of the team coordinating the defense of several patents for a major player in the pharmaceutical sector.
    • Representation of a pharmaceutical laboratory in the vaccination sector in defense in a patent infringement dispute.
    • Representation of a multinational in the defense of its registered Community designs in France in the sector of electronic products.
